Obtain verbal consent
Obtain verbal consent from the owner; this can be in person, over the phone or via email. The consent information is the form below.

Collect required samples
Collect the necessary samples required and send to SVS laboratory.
If cytology or histology has been previously collected from this mass or a mass in the same location that has been surgically removed this is accepted, or biochemistry or CBC results that have been collected within the past month of submission. If you are uncertain if the result you have will be accepted our team are happy to discuss with you.
